What it does
Pass from the Timeo app
Members show the pass on their phone. It refreshes every minute and cannot be shared by screenshot. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes work too.
Member cards
Tap-to-enter cards for members who prefer them. Register a card by tapping it on the reader and picking it in the member profile, from any phone.
Timeo decides
Every scan is checked against the membership at that moment. Lapsed members are told why at the door. Every entry lands in your door log.
Your screen, your brand
Logo, colours, wording and layout are set from the console and reach the reader within a minute. No visit to the door.
Plugs in and goes
Ethernet and 12 V. It arrives linked to your business, finds the internet by itself and shows your name within a minute of power-on.

Questions
- Does it work with my existing door?
- Any single door with a frame that takes a maglock or an electric strike. The supplied power supply switches the lock; the reader only tells it when.
- What happens if the internet drops?
- The reader refuses scans and says so on the screen; the exit button still opens the door from inside. Once the connection is back, scans resume and are logged as normal.
- Can I use it without the Timeo app?
- Members need either the app pass or a registered card. Both are included in every Timeo plan that has door access.
- Do I need a computer at the door?
- No. The reader talks to Timeo directly over your internet connection. Nothing to install and nothing to keep switched on.
- What if it stops working?
- We see the reader’s status from our side. Most issues are fixed remotely; if a unit is faulty we swap it.
