Delete your account

This permanently deletes your Timeo member login and personal details (name, email, phone, photos, face enrollments and app devices) across every business you are a member of. Purchase and visit records are kept by the businesses for bookkeeping, with your identity removed. This cannot be undone.

You can also do this in the Timeo app under Account, then Delete account. No app password? Email privacy@timeo.my from your account email instead.
