What it does
- Memberships and packages. Unlimited monthly plans, visit packs and class credits, with expiry dates. Family accounts and packages a member can share with family.
- Recurring billing. Auto-renew plans charge the member’s card through your own Stripe account. If a payment fails, the membership is not extended and shows as past due.
- Renewal reminders. For plans renewed by payment link, the notice goes to the member app first, then WhatsApp from your own business number, then email. Every plan includes 500 automated WhatsApp messages a month.
- Put on hold. A member going away is put on hold and the days left are banked for later.
- Who to chase. A list of members whose membership ends soon or has ended, leaving out anyone who already renewed.
- Member app. Members book, see what they have left and scan in, on iOS, Android or the web.
- Door access. Every scan is checked against the membership at that moment, so a lapsed member is refused by itself. See gym door access.

- What is membership software?
- Membership software keeps track of who has paid for what and until when. It sells memberships and session packages, renews them, reminds members before they lapse, and checks a member is active when they book or walk in.
- How much does Timeo membership software cost?
- Memberships and packages start on the Advance plan at USD 39 a month per location (RM99 in Malaysia). Basic at USD 29 covers bookings and POS for one person; Team at USD 49 adds unlimited staff and commissions.
- Can memberships renew automatically?
- Yes. Auto-renew plans charge the member’s card through your own Stripe account each cycle. If a payment fails, the membership is not extended and staff see it as past due until the member pays. Plans renewed by payment link remind the member on WhatsApp or email when payment is due.
- Can a member put their membership on hold?
- Yes. Staff put a membership on hold when a member goes away, and the days left are banked for when they come back.
- Which countries does Timeo work in?
- Timeo is used outside Malaysia too. Plans are billed in US dollars worldwide, Canadian dollars in Canada and ringgit in Malaysia, and the console runs in English, Chinese and Thai.
- Can I move my members over from another system?
- Yes. Import members from a spreadsheet with their remaining sessions and expiry dates.
